Is there a cleantech comeback on the horizon?

Israeli companies and entrepreneurs are at the forefront of every subsector within the cleantech industry – from developers building wind and solar plants, to companies innovating in energy storage, transportation, agritech, metering applications and water monitoring solutions. Nevertheless, the industry as a whole had a tough 2013.
